18th Century Clothing

Natural Dyeing is a very informative and interesting workshop by Judy Wilson.  An excellent teacher and craftsperson, Judy is a member of the Fiber Arts Guild, the Shepards Federation and the Weavers Guild of America.

Judy Wilson has been a historical interpreter at Pricketts Fort, for 18+ years, demonstrating various "women's skills" particularly in the area of textiles.

This DVD gives us an unique explaination about the making of 18th Century Clothing though the eyes of a Weaver.  For reenactors and historians, Judy tells us how linen is processed from Flax, How to make Dorset Bottons and the different materials people wore in the 18th Century.
